you need a different size? Do not worry, we are here for you!
Our main prepossession is your
satisfaction!
So, in accordance with the
rules that govern e-businesses as well as the companies that we trade with, if
you are not satisfied with your purchase, if you have received a different
product than the one that you ordered, or if the product is defective, you can
return it and ask for an exchange, a replacement or a refund.
You have the right to
return the item(s) you have bought within 14 working days from the day of
delivery and ask for an exchange or a refund. For that to happen, be sure to
check the conditions that we have listed below.
Defective Product/ Wrong order
If you receive a
defective item or different product than the one that you ordered, please
contact us at +302103818119 and +306936653620 or e-mail us at [email protected]. If you are within Greek territory or live in Cyprus
a courier will come to collect your parcel and at the same time give you the
correct/non defective item that you ordered. In these cases you will not bear
any of the shipping expenses.
International parcels
will have to be shipped back to our store before we send you the correct/non
defective product. You will not bear the shipping expenses.
Exchange/Credit
If the item that you received
did not satisfy you, you can exchange it with any other product of your liking.
If you do not wish to purchase
anything else, then the correlating amount will be credited to your account in
our e-shop so that you may use it in future purchases.
If you do wish to proceed with
an exchange, but the value of the new item(s) that you would like to receive is
smaller than the ones that you would like to exchange, then the residual amount
will be credited to your account in our e-shop so that you may use it in future
purchases. On the other hand, if the value of the new item(s) that you would
like to receive is bigger than the ones that you would like to exchange,
then the residual amount can be paid on delivery or via bank transfer.
Please bear in mind that
for cash on delivery there will be an extra fee of 2,00€. Of course (COD) is
feasible only for residents of Greece or Cyprus.

Product withdrawal and refund
You have the right to return
the item(s) you have bought within 14 working days from the day of delivery and
ask for an exchange or a refund.
Products are returned at
the customer's expense (or with any courier servise of the customer's
choice) to the address: 30 Ermou & 1 Kornarou, 1st Floor, 10563,
Athens. Of course, if you live in Greece, the products can be
returned by you to the aforementioned address.
For reference, you must
contact us at [email protected] in order
to inform us that you wish for a refund. You must download and complete the
form that you find in this link.
We try and process all
returns as quickly as possible for you to get your refund. Any refunds will be
refunded to the same payment method you used when you placed the order.
Please read the terms and
conditions for returning an item
As soon as we have processed
your form for returning the product(s), we will then proceed to notify you by e-mail.
In the happenstance, that you
do not wish for an exchange with a new item and terms and conditions mentioned
above are satisfied, then you will receive the refund within 14 working days
from the day that you have notified us of your wish for withdrawal and refund
and surely after the products have been inspected as to see if they are in good
condition.
Any refunds will be refunded
to the same payment method you used when you placed the order. If your chosen
payment method was via bank transfer, you will have to e-mail us your bank
details, such as IBAN, Swift, and the bank’s name and last but not least
the beneficiary or co-beneficiary of the account number. Please note that, for
security reasons, the beneficiary or the co-beneficiary should be the same person
that was registered in the billing address information.
On the other hand, if payment
was made by a credit or debit card, we will proceed with all the needed actions
as to inform the bank and proceed with the refund. In these cases, the time for
crediting the amount is purely the responsibility of the competent bank and our
company is exempted from any responsibility for any delays.
In any case, please keep the
proof of dispatch.
*any costs of transferring a
deposit to the customer's account in a bank other than Eurobank, E.T.E.,
Piraieus are solely borne by the customer.
Refund/Exchange/Replacement
Terms
- Products and their
packaging should be in excellent condition. They should not be altered in
any way, washed, soiled and used. They should also have all of their
pre-existing tags attached.
- Products should be
accompanied with their proof of payment such as sales receipt or sales
invoice.
- Products XXXXXXXXX will
not be accepted for hygiene reasons.
- Defective products will
only be replaced with the same products.
- Replacements of defective
products will only take place, if and only if the defect is not a
byproduct of misuse or violation of instructions for use and washing.
- Products should be
purchased exclusively from bigshoes.gr.
- When returning a product,
the packaging should be intact and secure.
Returns that do not adhere to
the aforementioned terms will not be accepted and will be returned to the
customer at once.

- In case of a defective
product, it is of utmost importance to send us a picture that will
display in full the problematic area at [email protected] or
[email protected]. This will help fast track the whole procedure.
- Please be sure to
securely package the product so it can be safely transported.
- In the happenstance that
the product that has been shipped to you, is defective or wrong, please
,first, contact us via the methods mentioned above. After that you will
have to arrange for the shipment of the product, via the courier company
that delivered your order, at the address: Ermou 30 & Kornarou 1, 1st
floor, 10563, Athens.

products or items that have been altered cannot be returned.
Bazaar items
cannot be returned, they can only be exchanged for a different size.
